Repetition is the mother of skill

Love him or hate him, the quote “Repetition is the mother of skill” from Tony Robbins, is so relevant to picky eating. We’re often told that kids may need to try a food up to 10 times before they may like it. For very picky eaters that could be much more than 10, and even getting to that point where they can willingly taste a food can be tricky. Eating can be difficult for some kids, and is then a skill that needs to be learned. There are many steps in-between tolerating a food on their plate, to happily munching away.
With our app, you can repeat the exposure to the foods many times in a fun and relaxed manner. You can start off with activities where they child doesn’t even need to touch the food, but still interacts with it, and move up to tasting, when they are ready. It can also be some great bonding time with your child too 🙂
We recommend using the app 2 or 3 times a week for 10 to 15 minutes each time.
